Users must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the j10 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
User Responsibilities & Rules
As a j10 platform user, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules:
- Do not use the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law or relevant international law.
- Do not attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with the security or functionality of the j10 platform.
- Do not use automated software, bots, or any other methods to access or exploit the platform unfairly.
- Do not spread false, misleading, or harmful information through the platform.
- Do not attempt to cheat or manipulate the betting or gaming system in any way.
- Do not share your account or allow others to use it.
- Comply with all betting limits and bonus terms set by j10.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as forfeiture of any winnings or outstanding bonus balance.

Account Suspension & Closure
J10 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time for reasons including but not limited to breach of terms, suspected fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated software, or upon request from relevant authorities. In the event of a suspension, any valid real-money balance will be returned upon completion of the review process, subject to applicable conditions.
